What is The ManUP Movement?

1. It's a TRANSFORMATIONAL SELF DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM for Men,
   providing the tools and teachings of how Men can become better Men.
    

2. It’s a COMMUNITY, a brotherhood of Men, supporting, encouraging, and challenging
   each other in their individual journey to realize their potential, step into their greatness, and create the life of Love, Freedom, Abundance & Expression they deserve.
    

3. It’s a MOVEMENT to reclaim Masculinity and redefine Manhood, and to call all Men forward into leadership, integrity, and their sacred calling as the creators of safety on this planet.

Who is ManUP for?

 

The ManUp Movement is, literally, for EVERY MAN.

 

There are many men’s organizations out there, doing great work.  Many of them are financially out of reach for most men, including some of my own programs and offerings. 

 

So I’ve taken the most powerful teachings, structures, values and elements from my 1:1 or small group programs, as well as from some of the best men’s organizations in the world, and consolidated them under one roof, and priced it to make it accessible to literally EVERY SINGLE MAN.

• Every Man who is tired of going it alone and knows he NEEDS a brotherhood.  To be his best, to keep him honest, keep him sharp, keep him on purpose, keep him growing, keep him awake, and keep him accountable to his soul’s highest expression.
   

• Every Man who is ready to step up into a greater level of courage, strength, honor, dignity, abundance, power, service, freedom, responsibility and leadership.

 

• Every Man who understands that as much as we are meant to rise into true power, we need a place where we can safely be weak, vulnerable, authentic, understood, held, loved without judgment in our moments  of hurt, lostness, confusion and breakdown.

 

• Every Man who is tired of and ready to reject the outdated, archaic, constricting, primitive paradigms of manhood, and to co-create and step into a new paradigm of awakened masculinity.

 

• Every Man ready to reclaim his heart and his balls, and be supported by a community that understands we need both, and that our strength is useless without our love, and our love is impotent without our power.

 

• Every Man ready to step up and lead his children, his woman, his family, his community, and himself, into a NEW possibility of joy, freedom, abundance, health, alignment and success.

The Movement - 

ManUP is a movement to gather, unite, inspire and awaken the Men of this planet into a unified brotherhood, united in the shared mission of helping to heal and transform the world into nothing short of Heaven on Earth, by healing and transforming ourselves, by remembering (and reminding each other of) who we are:

ManUP is a community, of Men, committed to sharpening themselves and each other into the best, highest, most powerful, most grounded, most conscious, most loving, most courageous, most integrous, most effective versions of ourselves, so that we can create peace, safety, abundance and freedom for our women, for our children, for our elders, for our most vulnerable, for ourselves, and for the generations that come after us.

 

It is a brotherhood that holds itself and it’s members accountable to their greatness, to their responsibility as leaders and stewards of this planet, and to our individual and united purpose.  

It is an incubator for men of all walks of life, all races, religions, cultures, ethnicities, socio-economic classes, and political affiliations, to connect, to heal, to shed the burdens and shame of the past and step boldly and powerfully forward into a new possibility of a future built on integrity, consciousness, love, alignment, unity, freedom and abundance.

 

It is an army of Kings ready to serve their families, their communities and their kingdoms with maturity, courage, power, purpose, passion, presence and fierce, fierce love.

 

The Personal Growth Program - 

ManUp is an ongoing, evergreen, real time course in true growth, leadership, and Masculine Mastery.   There are is an ever-evolving set of core principles, teachings, systems, and strategies that help each man achieve his optimal expression as a man, connected to his purpose, leveraging his gifts, creating safety, love, peace and abundance for himself and his family.    

 

This happens in the form of weekly calls that focus on different aspects of manhood, masculinity, leadership, health, wellness, and growth associated with the maturation process from boyhood into true manhood and into true kingship, as well as group coaching, available individual coaching, programs, challenges, tools and practices.
 

 

What is The Mission?

To unite, inspire, awaken and empower Men to be the masters of their own destiny, to remember who they are, to re-connect to their true purpose, and to serve their families and the world by being the most aligned, integrous, activated, courageous, powerful, impactful version of themselves, and to end the “lone-wolf syndrome” where men feel they have to go it alone.  

 

To bring Men together in their POWER and PURPOSE so they may live to their highest potential  in alignment with their unique purpose and passion so that they can serve at their highest capacity.

• 4 monthly group calls* with the entire community with teachings, tools, practices, challenges, inspiration, assignments, methodologies, ideologies and inspiration to take you to the next level in becoming the man you are meant to become.
  
  *Tuesdays at 5pm PST
   

• Group coaching and occasional 1 on 1 spot coaching on the group calls that will serve every man in the community, whether he is the one being coached or not.

 

• Assignment into a small cohort (a "bro-hort") of 4-8 men who will hold each other accountable, share more intimately, track each other's progress and dive deeper together with their own weekly calls (with structure, leadership and purpose), with support from me and the organization and its leaders, for more intimate sharing, shared growth, challenge, accountability, and deeper understanding of the teachings and materials.

 

• Invitation to our quarterly (for now - eventually monthly) in-person events, retreats, immersions and intensives and camps.
